1. Services Provided
ErvinTech specializes in the repair and maintenance of laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. All services are performed by qualified technicians using approved tools and equipment.
2. Booking & Service Process
Customers can book repair services through our website, phone, or by visiting our location in Dubai. Once a booking is confirmed:
We will inspect the device and provide a repair estimate.
No work will begin without customer approval.
Estimated repair times are indicative and subject to parts availability.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in AED (UAE Dirhams).
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
Full payment is required upon service completion.
In case of uncollected devices after 60 days, ErvinTech reserves the right to dispose of them.
4. Warranty
Repairs are covered by a 30-day limited warranty for parts and workmanship unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, software issues, or tampering by third parties after repair.
5. Data & Privacy
We highly recommend that customers back up all data before submitting devices for repair.
ErvinTech is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.
Personal information collected is used solely for service and communication purposes and is protected under UAE data protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
ErvinTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ErvinTech.com, including logos, graphics, and written material, is the property of ErvinTech and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse the website or disrupt its operations.
Submit false information when booking services.
Attempt to access other users’ data or private sections of the website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Dubai.
